worth telling.
Behind every case is a pet, a family and a team that worked together. These stories are shared with owner consent to show what careful care can achieve.

Chika’s Story: A mammary tumour, caught and treated
A routine check-up that turned into early surgery — and a full recovery.
Presentation
Chika came to Mecco for a routine examination. During a careful physical check, the veterinarian found a small lump along her mammary chain that her family had not noticed.
Investigation
We discussed the findings honestly and recommended assessment. Early detection meant the lump could be evaluated and removed before it caused Chika any discomfort.
Treatment
Chika underwent surgery with careful anaesthesia, monitoring and pain management. She recovered in our hospitalization area, where she was watched closely and kept comfortable.
Recovery
She went home with a clear aftercare plan and follow-up support. Today Chika is bright, comfortable and back to her usual self — a reminder of why routine checks matter.

Rescue Recovery: From the street to a safe home
A weak, frightened rescue received intensive care and found a family.
Presentation
A young puppy was brought to Mecco by a rescuer after being found weak, dehydrated and covered in parasites. He was nervous and underweight.
Initial care
We stabilised him with fluids, warmth and parasite treatment, then began a careful feeding plan to help him gain strength safely.
Treatment
Over several days of monitoring and nursing care, his condition improved steadily. He needed patience more than anything — and he received plenty of it.
Recovery
Once strong enough, he was vaccinated and, not long after, adopted into a loving home. Every rescued animal is worth the effort.

Emergency Recovery: When every minute mattered
A road accident patient stabilised, monitored and returned to his family.
Presentation
A dog was rushed to Mecco after a road accident. He was in shock, painful and unable to stand.
Immediate care
Our team stabilised him on arrival — controlling pain, supporting circulation and assessing for internal injury.
Treatment
With stabilisation and careful monitoring in hospitalization, he began to improve. Diagnostics confirmed no injury requiring surgery, and supportive care continued.
Recovery
He went home to a relieved family with a pain-management and rest plan, and made a full recovery over the following weeks.
